Overview
Coating business division of AVATEC is producing diverse functional thin film coated products demanded by customer by sputtering mainly metal or metal oxides on the glass or resins (acrylics) through the vacuum deposition system

- Deposition Material: Metal and metal oxides
- Deposition Layer : Max. 16 layers
- Deposition Uniformity: within ± 5%
- Applied Product: Electromagnetic wave shielding filter coating, AR (non-reflective) coating, (Index Matched) ITO electrode, Metal electrode , High reflective mirror, Low emission glass (Low-E Glass)
Batch type Sputter
- Substrate Size: respond to 370mm x 800mm
- Deposition Material: Metal (AI, Cu, Cr, Mo, Ni, Sn, Ag), metal oxides and super-water-repellent coating
- Deposition Uniformity: within ± 5%
- Applied Products: Color(Red, Green, Blue) Filter, AR(non-reflective) + AF(super-water-repellent) costing, Window color coating
Roll-To-Roll Sputter
